Review the error first

Open the failed post and read the publishing error. It usually identifies an expired connection, unsupported content, missing permission, or temporary platform issue.

Resolve and retry

  1. 1Reconnect the social account if PostlyBee reports an authorization issue.
  2. 2Check the platform’s media, caption, and post-type requirements.
  3. 3Make the required change and preview the post again.
  4. 4Retry once. If the same error continues, contact support with the post details.

Good to know

Avoid repeated retries before fixing the reported issue, especially when a platform applies publishing limits.
