Most social profiles allow a single clickable link. A bio page lets that one link lead to your site, shop, latest campaign, booking page, or anything else, and you can update it without touching the profile again.

Keep one permanent URL in your profile and change the links behind it whenever a campaign starts or ends. Hide a link temporarily instead of deleting it.

Set up the page

Choose your URL and describe who you are

Each workspace has one Link in Bio page, so agencies can give every client or brand its own page. Choose a URL name of 3 to 30 characters using lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens, or underscores. PostlyBee checks availability as you type, and a handful of reserved names are not available.

Add a display name, an optional short bio, and a profile photo. You can upload an image directly or paste an image address. Uploaded profile photos are used for this page only and are not added to your media library.

Add a row of social icons under your bio, for example Instagram, X, and YouTube. Pick the network, paste the link, and the icon shows on your page.

Add your links

As many links as you need, in the order you choose

Add a title and a destination for each link. There is no fixed cap on how many links a page can hold. Drag a link by its handle to reorder it, untick Visible to hide one without deleting it, and remove links you no longer need.

Links to popular networks get that network’s icon automatically, and you can upload your own icon for any link.

Destinations can be web addresses, email links, or phone links. If you type a bare domain such as example.com, PostlyBee adds https:// for you. Other kinds of links are rejected so the page cannot send visitors to unsafe addresses.

Style the page

Pick a theme, then make it yours

Choose from six preset themes: Honey, Midnight, Forest, Ocean, Rose, and Mono. A theme sets the page background, text, and button styling in one click.

Want something more specific? Set your own background color and button color. Text and button labels switch between light and dark automatically for readable contrast. Reset either color at any time to return to the theme default. The phone preview in the editor shows every change before you save.

Publish and measure

Go live, track visits, and take the page down when you need to

Save the page and it is available at your /@name URL. Untick Page is public to take it offline without losing your settings, or delete the page entirely from the editor. A deleted or unpublished page shows a not-found response to visitors.

The editor shows the total number of page views and the number of clicks on each link. A view is counted each time the page loads, and a click is counted when a visitor follows a link. These are simple totals, not unique-visitor counts, and they are separate from the social Analytics dashboard.
