How do I add PostlyBee to NanoClaw?

NanoClaw runs each agent in its own container and routes outbound requests through the OneCLI credential gateway, which injects secrets in flight.

    Create a scoped token

    Start your 7-day free trial, connect your channels, and create a pbk_ token with the mcp:read or mcp:write scope in Settings → Public API.

    Store it in OneCLI and add the server

    Add the token to the OneCLI vault for api.postlybee.com, then register the PostlyBee MCP server for your agent group.

    Message your agent

    Mention your agent, for example @Andy, and describe the post. It shows the post before scheduling.

Run these on the machine that hosts NanoClaw. If you have not installed it yet, run bash nanoclaw.sh from a clone of the NanoClaw repo first; it sets up OneCLI too.

  1. 1In OneCLI, add a secret for the host api.postlybee.com that injects your pbk_ token as the Authorization header, in the form Bearer <token>.
  2. 2Register the server for your agent group with the command below.
  3. 3Message your agent and ask it to list your PostlyBee channels.

Do not pass the token with --env or --headers. NanoClaw’s docs recommend keeping credentials in the vault so the gateway injects them in flight.

Security

Why the token stays out of the container

NanoClaw agents run in containers and never hold raw API keys. Their outbound requests go through the OneCLI gateway, which matches the destination host and injects the right credential on the way out.

Store the PostlyBee token in OneCLI for api.postlybee.com, and the agent can call PostlyBee without ever seeing the token. Scope the token to one workspace and only the access the agent needs.
