How do I connect PostlyBee to Hermes Agent?

Hermes Agent has a built-in MCP client and supports open-standard skills. Use either one, or both.

    Connect your social channels

    Start your 7-day free trial and connect the accounts Hermes should post to, such as LinkedIn, X, or Instagram.

    Add PostlyBee to Hermes

    Add the server to mcp-config.yaml and sign in with hermes mcp login, or install the PostlyBee skill.

    Ask Hermes to post

    Describe the post and the channels. Hermes shows you the draft and schedules it after you confirm.

Best on a machine with a browser. Hermes opens the PostlyBee sign-in and stores the tokens for you.

Tool allowlist

Give Hermes only the PostlyBee tools it needs

Hermes registers each PostlyBee tool as mcp__postlybee__<tool>. Add an include list to register only the tools a workflow needs, for example reading channels and saving posts without analytics or media generation.

PostlyBee also instructs agents to confirm before scheduling, and deleting posts is not available through MCP.
