Drag in your files and they’re ready

Choose Insert Media in any post, then click to upload or drag and drop your files. Images can be up to 30 MB, and videos up to 1 GB.

If a file is too large or isn’t an allowed type, PostlyBee tells you which file and why, so you can fix it and try again.

Find and choose

Search, filter, and pick several files at once

Search the library by file name, and switch between all media, images only, or videos only. Open a file to preview it before you use it.

Select as many files as you need, then add them to the post together. Once they are attached, drag them to put them in the order you want. Files you no longer need can be deleted, and PostlyBee asks you to confirm first.

Google Drive

Import a file from Google Drive

Choose Google Drive in the media library, allow read-only access, and pick a file. PostlyBee downloads it and adds it to your library, like any other upload.

The file becomes a copy in PostlyBee. If you change the original in Drive later, import the new version again.

  • Read-only access, so PostlyBee can’t change your Drive.
  • Pick a single file from your own Drive.
  • The imported file is a copy, not a live sync.

Create new media

Design it, or let AI make it

Open Design Media to make a graphic in the built-in editor. With AI Image, describe the picture you want and add it to your post. AI Video creates a short clip from your description.

Already use HeyGen for avatar videos? Add your HeyGen account in Settings and its tools appear next to the others in the post editor.
