Connect the feed
Test your feed before you save it
Add an Autopost in Settings, give it a title, and paste your feed URL. Then choose Send Test. PostlyBee reads the feed and confirms it can use it.
You can only save once the test passes, so you never end up with an Autopost that does nothing.
- Use the link to your RSS or Atom feed, not the article page.
- Send Test checks the feed and finds its newest item.
- Save unlocks after “RSS valid!”.

Pick a starting point
Decide what happens to the article that’s already there
When you create an Autopost, your feed already has a newest article. Choose whether that article should get a post too. Answer No, and PostlyBee treats it as the starting point and waits for the next new article.
Answer Yes, and the current newest article gets a post right away. After that, only items PostlyBee hasn’t seen before create posts.

Write the post
Let AI write it, or use your own message
With Autogenerate on, AI reads the new article and writes a short post of up to 100 characters, with line breaks and emojis but no hashtags. You can also turn on With image, and AI creates a picture to go with it.
Prefer to control every word? Turn Autogenerate off and write one message. Each post uses it, followed by the link to the article.

Choose where and when
Post right away, or on your next free slot
Send each article to all of your connected accounts, or pick specific ones. Then choose the timing: Post Immediately publishes as soon as PostlyBee finds the article, and Post on the next available slot schedules it at your next free time on the calendar.
Scheduled posts appear on your calendar like any other, so you can still open one to edit it or move it before it goes out.

A few things to check so your Autopost works the first time.
A working feed
The feed needs a public RSS or Atom link, with a unique link for each item.
Connected accounts
Connect the accounts you want to post to. Accounts you connect later are included when you choose all accounts.
The right plan
Autopost needs a paid plan. AI text and AI images need Growth or higher.
Publishing permission
Posts follow the permissions of the person who created the Autopost. If they need approval to publish, the posts wait for approval.
