Turn it on

Choose Recycle when you schedule a post

In the post editor, open the schedule menu next to Add to calendar and choose Recycle. A short panel opens where you set how often the post comes back.

The menu has four modes: Schedule, Auto Schedule, Recycle, and Repeat. Recycle and Repeat can’t be turned on together.

  • Recycle is in the same menu as Schedule and Auto Schedule.
  • Set “Recycle every” in days, weeks, or months.
  • Add the post to your calendar as usual.

Set the pace

Choose how often, and when it should stop

Recycle every 1 to 365 days, weeks, or months. A week is 7 days and a month is counted as 30 days. The next date is counted from when the post last went out.

Set Max cycles, from 1 to 1,000, to decide how many times the post comes back. Leave it empty and PostlyBee uses 50. When the limit is reached, recycling stops.

Repeat

Repeat a post a few times for a short campaign

Repeat is for posts that matter for a short time. Choose how many times to repeat it, from 1 to 30, and how far apart, from 1 to 365 days, weeks, or months.

After the last repeat, nothing more is scheduled.

The best posts to recycle are still useful months later: tips, guides, answers to common questions, and links to pages that stay up.

Keep out anything tied to a date, an offer, or an event. A recycled sale reminder can confuse your followers after the sale is over.
