Real data, in one place

Learn from results without leaving your workspace

Analytics sits next to your calendar and posts, so you can move from a number to the post behind it.

01

See the trend

Each metric card shows the total, how it changed from the previous period, and a small chart of the days or weeks in between.

02

Find your best posts

Sort recent posts by reach, engagement rate, video views, or link clicks, and see which formats work for you.

03

Share it with a click

Export the view you are looking at as a PDF for a client report or a CSV for your own spreadsheet.

01

Choose an account

Start with one account, one clear picture

The accounts list on the left shows the connected accounts in your workspace that support analytics: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Pages, TikTok Business, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and X when it is enabled. Click one to load its data.

Each network shares different numbers, so you see the metrics that network provides for that account. If an account needs to be reconnected, PostlyBee tells you to refresh it from the calendar.

  • One dashboard per connected account.
  • Metrics follow what each network provides.
  • Accounts that need attention are marked, with a message to reconnect.
AnalyticsSample data

  2. Needs refresh
  3. Facebook

Pick the period

Compare the last week, month, or quarter

Choose Last 7, 28, or 90 days, This week, This month, This year, Last week, or Last month. Need something specific? Set a custom range of up to 366 days that ends today or earlier.

The charts adjust to your range, using daily, weekly, or monthly bars, and the change indicator compares the total with the previous period.

  • Eight ready-made ranges and a custom range.
  • Bars group by day, week, or month to fit the range.
  • Hover the change pill to see the previous period’s value.

Open Post Insights

Find the posts behind the numbers

Post Insights lists your published posts with their type, reach, reach rate, video views, reactions, comments, shares, engagement rate, and link clicks, wherever the network provides them.

Click a column to sort. Ordering by engagement rate shows what people responded to, and ordering by reach shows what traveled furthest.

  • Each post is tagged Video, Carousel, Photo, Link, or Text.
  • Sort by any column, from newest to best engagement rate.
  • Some networks don’t share post-level data, and PostlyBee says so.

Sync and export

Refresh your data and take it with you

Choose Sync Insights to pull the latest data from the network. PostlyBee shows when the view was last updated, and tells you if only part of the data could be refreshed.

Then use Export to save the current view as a PDF report or a CSV file that opens in Excel.

  • Sync on demand, with a clear last-updated time.
  • A printable PDF report, ready to send.
  • A CSV named for the date range you exported.

Make it work for your team

Before you start

Analytics come straight from each network, so a few things affect what you see.

01

A supported account

Connect an account on a supported network, such as Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn Pages.

02

A valid connection

Reconnect any account that shows a refresh message, so the network keeps sharing data.

03

Published posts

Post Insights lists published posts, and new posts can take time to show results.

04

A goal for each post

Compare posts made for the same purpose, such as reach for reach and clicks for clicks.
