Postlybee Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Postlybee and any related websites, applications, or services provided by us (“Services”). By creating an account or using the Services you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Account eligibility and responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it if it changes.

If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, notify us immediately at [email protected]. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these responsibilities.

Permitted use

You may use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful content; (b) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; (c) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Services; or (d) use automation or scraping tools except through the public APIs and documentation we provide.

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that we believe violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations.

Subscriptions and billing

Certain features of the Services are provided on a paid subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are described in your workspace settings or order form. By upgrading to a paid plan you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice, at which time you may choose to cancel before the new rates apply. Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

Integrations and third-party services

Postlybee connects with third-party social networks and integrations. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

You are solely responsible for maintaining valid credentials and permissions for each social network account connected to Postlybee. Removal or revocation of access tokens by the underlying service may disrupt features within Postlybee.

Data ownership and licences

You retain ownership of all content you upload to or schedule through the Services. By using the Services you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

We may collect and process aggregated and anonymised data derived from the Services in order to analyse performance, improve features, and develop new offerings.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in behaviour that threatens the security or integrity of the Services. Upon termination we will deactivate your account and may delete stored content after a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount paid by you to us for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Postlybee is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make material changes we will notify you by email or through the Services. The updated Terms will become effective on the date indicated in the notice. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
