Built for batches
Stop creating posts one at a time
Bulk Scheduling turns a folder of media or a spreadsheet into scheduled posts, with a check before anything goes out.
Start from your media
Drop in a batch of photos and videos and each file becomes a post, ready for a caption.
Space posts out for you
Pick a start date and how many posts a day. PostlyBee assigns every post its own time.
Fix problems before they publish
Posts that are not ready are flagged before you schedule, and CSV rows with errors are listed by row number.
Upload media
Drop in a batch of photos and videos
Choose the accounts the batch should go to, then drag in up to 30 images or videos at a time. Need more? Add another batch, and it joins the same list.
Each file becomes a post with its own caption and options. For a video, you can pick the frame to use as its thumbnail.
- Select all your accounts at once, or just a few.
- Up to 30 files per upload, and you can add more batches.
- Choose a thumbnail frame for each video.

Set the schedule
Choose when the batch starts and how fast it goes out
Pick a start date and time, then set how many posts go out each day. If you post more than once a day, set the hours between posts. PostlyBee shows how many days the batch will cover.
Prefer to follow each account’s own posting schedule? Turn on Auto Schedule and every post takes the next open slot.
- A start date and time, and 1 to 30 posts a day.
- A gap of 1 to 24 hours between posts on the same day.
- Auto Schedule uses each account’s posting schedule.
- One a day

Write captions
Caption the whole batch with AI
Choose a tone, and Bulk Assist writes a caption for every post at once. It looks at your photos and videos, your workspace description and target audience, and the networks each post goes to.
Add hashtags and emojis if you want them, or give it extra instructions. Every caption stays editable, so you can rewrite any of them by hand.
- Six tones, from Friendly to Professional.
- Reads your media, brand description, and audience.
- Edit any caption, or add follow-up comments to a post.

Import a CSV
Already have a spreadsheet? Import it
Download the sample sheet, fill in one post per row, and upload it. A file can have up to 500 rows and be up to 10 MB. Each row holds the posting time, caption, link, up to five media URLs, and more.
PostlyBee checks every row. If something is wrong, such as a post with no caption, link, or media, you get the row number and the reason, so you can fix the file and import it again.
- Up to 500 rows and 10 MB per file.
- Columns for time, caption, link, media, title, and comments.
- Errors are listed by row number.
