One plan, everyone on the same page

Replace scattered reminders with a visible plan

The calendar shows the real scheduled posts, so what you see is what will publish.

01

See gaps and crowded days

Switch between day, week, and month to spot an empty stretch or three posts landing on the same afternoon.

02

Change the plan in a drag

Drop a post on a new day or time slot. It reschedules right away, with no need to reopen the editor.

03

Know what needs attention

Filter by Scheduled, Drafts, Pending Approval, Posted, or Error to find the posts that need you.

01

Plan the period

Zoom from a single day to a whole month

Choose Day, Week, or Month, and PostlyBee remembers your choice for next time. Use the account icons to show only the accounts you care about, and Today to jump back to the current date.

Each post shows its account, its time, and its status, so you can read the plan without opening anything.

  • Day, week, and month views.
  • Show one account or several at a time.
  • Every post shows its time and status at a glance.

Create from a date

Click an open slot and start writing

Click any future day or time slot and the post editor opens with that date and time already set. Pick your accounts, write the post, and add it to the calendar.

Past dates can’t be scheduled, so you can’t pick one by accident.

  • The date and time are filled in for you.
  • Pick one account or several before you add the post.
  • Past slots are locked.

To reschedule, drag the post to another slot. In week view you choose the hour, and in month view the post keeps its time and moves to the new day.

  • Hover to preview the post the way its network shows it.
  • Click a post to edit its content.
  • Drag to reschedule. Past slots can’t be dropped on.

Track status

Find drafts, approvals, and errors in seconds

Use the tabs to filter the calendar by status: Scheduled, Drafts, Pending Approval, Posted, or Error. Posts waiting for review can be approved, or sent back with changes, right from the calendar.

If a post fails, its card is marked Error, so you can open it, fix the problem, and try again.

  • Filter by Scheduled, Drafts, Pending Approval, Posted, or Error.
  • Approve a post or request changes without leaving the calendar.
  • Posts that failed to publish are marked Error.

Make it work for your team

Before you plan

A few things to check so what you see on the calendar matches what you expect.

01

The right workspace

Each workspace has its own accounts and calendar, so keep every brand or client in its own.

02

Your time zone

Times on the calendar follow your workspace time zone. Check it before you schedule a launch.

03

Connected accounts

Connect the accounts you post to first. Reconnect any that show an expired connection.

04

A regular check-in

Look at the calendar before launches, events, and holidays so nothing goes out unreviewed.
